Condenser, Allihn, 330mm, 24/40 Joint, 200mm Jacket Length, Removable Hose Connection. Allihn style reflux condenser similar to CG-1206 but with detachable hose connections. Connections are made of polypropylene and provide a safe and easy way of connecting and disconnecting flexible tubing to the condenser. Hose connections have an O.D. of 8mm and an I.D. of 4mm. Supplied complete with two GL-14 open top screw caps. See CG-198 and CG-195 for replacement GL fittings.

Borosil® Allihn Condensers have an interchangeable inner & outer joint w/ a drip tip. The Allihn Condenser has a more surface area than the Liebig, w/ a series of bulbs which generates a higher cooling capacity. This condenser is ideal for laboratory scale refluxing. There is an inlet & an outlet for attaching tubing to move coolant throughout the outer tube. Allihn condersers are used to keep liquids at their boiling temp. Avail. in Jacket size of 200-600 mm.
